Hi! I’m Shelby Shaper!

I’m a local artist and creator who is looking to open an arts and crafts shop in the Oak Lawn area and I want YOUR input on it!

The proposed business would:

• Sell art, crafts and handmade goods made by local creators

• Offer free working space, tools and used art supplies that have been donated by community members

• Have a focus on sustainability and reusing materials to create art, crafts, handmade goods or clothing/costume pieces

• Offer easy and fun single session arts and crafts classes

• Host a monthly “Artist Spotlight” where a new artist/creator will be able to feature their artwork on the walls of the shop for a month’s duration along with a have a gallery opening party!
